Naomie Harris wears plunging top with oversized flower detail and pleated chiffon skirt to the BAFTAs

What a Spectre-cle: Former Bond star Naomie Harris wears kooky plunging top with oversized flower detail and pleated chiffon skirt to the BAFTAs

Former Bond girl Naomie Harris channelled an English country garden when she walked the red carpet at the BAFTAs on Sunday night.
The 40-year-old star, who was up for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Paula in Moonlight, but lost out to Viola Davis, wore a rather quirky Gucci ensemble to the event at London's Royal Albert Hall.
She opted for a light pink plunging top which had an oversized flower detail at the front.

Teaming it with a dramatic cream chiffon pleated prom skirt, the look was a departure from some of her previous red carpet looks.
The ceremony, hosted by Stephen Fry, will be broadcast on BBC One on the day, with high hopes for Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling's flick La La Land winning big after nabbing 11 nominations.
Amy Adams' two films Nocturnal Animals and Arrival are the closest competitors with nine apiece, and she will face her own battle in the category for Leading Actress for the latter, against Emily Blunt, Meryl Streep and Natalie Portman.

Naomie's latest role tells the timeless story of human self-discovery and connection.
It chronicles the life of a young black man from childhood to adulthood as he struggles to find his place in the world while growing up in a rough neighborhood of Miami.
She plays Paula - a drug-fuelled single mother who struggles to raise her son Chrion in his youth during the early scenes of the flick.

In the end, she had too much competition on her hands as Viola Davis won the gong for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Fences.
Naomie, known best for her role as Moneypenny since 2012's Skyfall, has been honoured for her role in Moonlight across the boards this awards season.
She has been recognised in the Best Supporting Actress category at both the prestigious Oscar and BAFTA ceremonies, at which she faces strong competition.
