Naomie Harris stuns as she changes into an exquisite Grecian one-shoulder gown... while celebrating Moonlight's success at Vanity Fair's Oscar party

She lost out in the Best Supporting Actress category for her portrayal of a drug-addicted single mother in Moonlight.
But Naomi Harris still had reason to celebrate on Sunday night, as the groundbreaking low-budget film scooped three gongs at the 89th Academy Awards.
The stunning actress, 40, commemorated the triumph as she changed into an exquisite Grecian one-shoulder gown to attend the Vanity Fair Oscar party in Beverly Hills.

The brunette beauty stunned in the floor-sweeping number, which featured a romantic pleated skirt and cinched in her tiny waist thanks to clever tailoring.
Letting the statement gown do all the talking, the former Bond girl accessorised with an opulent gold clutch.
Wearing her long dark hair swept back from her shoulders, she added a pair of dazzling drop earrings as she posed at the event, which was hosted by Graydon Carter, at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.
Naomie was no doubt pleased with the success of Barry Jenkins’s breakout film Moonlight on the night.
The film, which she shot in only three days, won Best Writing Adapted Screenplay, Best Actor in a Supporting Role - scooped by her co-star Mahershala Ali - and Best Picture.

Meanwhile, Naomi was ever the sartorial maven opted for a more modern and trendy white sequinned number - featuring a quirky cropped hem and saucy cut-out at her bust at the awards themselves.
And she revealed that she's planning to dance until the early hours regardless of the outcome in her Best Supporting Actress category.
Naomie' partner on the dance floor was her plus one to the ceremony - her ‘hardcore’ mum Carmen.

Upping the sex appeal on her big night, the frock then split at the front into a separate crop top and skirt, which gave a subtle but sexy flash of her enviably toned abs and enhanced her famously statuesque figure for all to see.
Shaking up convention further, the figure-hugging gown then daringly cut off at knee length to reveal her legs beneath - instead extending into a bold long square skirt and train at the back only.

Moonlight has become one of the surprise hits of the awards season.
On Saturday the film won five trophies, including best picture, at the Film Independent Spirit Awards which took place in a mammoth marquee on the beach at Santa Monica.
The mother and daughter’s post-Oscar ceremony party circuit was due to include the official Governor’s Ball, which most guests attend - often to graze on the food and exotic beverages laid out after the three-hour ceremony.
The Harrises also planned a trip to the Vanity Fair after-party, and then the ultra-exclusive bash hosted by Madonna’s manager Guy Oseary.

Even Academy Award winners have been known to be turned away from Oseary’s party because their names weren’t on the list.
‘I’m told it’s tough to get in but we’re invited,’ Harris said.
She said her male co-stars had been boasting about their dancing skills, including Trevante Rhodes, the 27-year-old Louisiana-born actor who claims he is a wizard on the dance floor.
‘I’ll be changing out of my red carpet shoes and I’ll be putting on my flats and I’ll be putting Trevante to the test.
‘My mum will, too,’ the north-London based actress said.
