Body confident Naomie Harris displays large back scar in cutaway yellow dress at London Fashion Week
Looking practically perfect has always been an added career pressure for the majority of actresses.
But Naomie Harris put on a brave display of body confidence on Monday as she stepped out in London wearing a cutaway dress which revealed a large scar on her back.
The Skyfall star looked stunning in the lemon yellow frock which featured large side panels at the front and back of the dress.

Mark: Naomie's dress revealed what appeared to be a surgical scar
It is unclear what caused the scar, which appears surgical, and a representative for the actress has not yet responded to MailOnline's request for comment.
The 37-year-old actress wore her dark hair poker straight and teamed her clinging dress with strappy black high heeled sandals and a matching clutch.
Naomie looked in good spirits as she arrived at the Burberry Prorsum show at London Fashion Week, chatting on the phone and talking to friends before heading into the star-studded event.
There, she joined singer Paloma Faith, actress Sienna Miller, One Direction singer Harry Styles, model Suki Waterhouse, and musician and model George Barnett in the prestigious front row of the runway show.
Naomie was taking a break before filming begins on the new James Bond film later this year - she will reprise her role as Miss Moneypenny in the movie which will again see Daniel Craig take on the 007 role.
