The 36-year-old Cambridge University graduate and her boyfriend, whose surname is being kept top secret, were spied enjoying reflexology and shiatsu treatments at Champneys, in Tring.
On Valentine’s Day, Craig tried out the chilling kriotherapy treatment, offered by my old friend Charlie Brooks, at the resort.
