Daniel Craig's James Bond comes face to face with Christoph Waltz's menacing villain in action-packed final trailer for Spectre

'I thought you came here to die': Daniel Craig's James Bond comes face to face with Christoph Waltz's menacing villain in action-packed final trailer for Spectre

James Bond has faced off against, and defeated, a long line of villains in the past fifty years.
And in Sam Mendes' Spectre, Daniel Craig's 007 is up against one of the most mysterious yet, as double Oscar winner Christoph Waltz plays the head of the sinister organisation SPECTRE.
Fans see more of Christoph's character than ever before as the final trailer for the November-released film is unveiled.

The 75 second teaser is packed with action as Daniel takes on the role of the super spy for the fourth time, globe-trotting to Mexico City, Austria, Rome and Morocco with the all-star cast.
The trailer opens with Bond asking Léa Seydoux's character Madeline, the daughter of his old nemesis Mr White (Jesper Christensen), to help him unravel the web of SPECTRE.
'This organisation, do you know what it's called?' he's seen asking, before heading to the headquarters to confront Waltz's Franz Oberhauser.

'Look around you James, everything you believed in, a ruin,' says the sinister voiceover as the spy comes face to face with the baddie of the piece.
What follows is a teaser of what promises to be another classic 007 exchange as Bond informs Oberhauser, 'I came here to kill you,' before the villain coolly tells him, 'I thought you came here to die.'
'Well, it's all a matter of perspective,' Bond hits back.

The exchange will be recognised by fans as an echo of the infamous 1964 Goldfinger scene, which saw Sean Connery's Bond, asking the movie's villain Gert Fröbe 'Do you expect me to talk?' before Goldfinger quips: 'No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die.'
Mendes' second team-up with Craig, following the huge success of 2012's Skyfall which took an impressive $1.1 billion at the global box office, also stars  Monica Bellucci as Lucia Sciarra, the beautiful and forbidden widow of an infamous criminal.
Back at MI6, 007 relies on Moneypenny (Naomie Harris) and Q (Ben Whishaw) once again, while Sherlock villain Andrew Scott joins the London-based cast as Max Denbigh, the new head of the Centre for National Security who questions Bond's actions and challenges the relevance of MI6, led by M (Ralph Fiennes).

While the final trailer teases plenty of action, there's no sign of Sam Smith's theme tune for the new film, Writing's On The Wall.
Following its release a week ago, the track made history on Friday by becoming the first ever Bond theme to reach number one in the UK charts.
The Spectre track soared straight into the top spot with 70,000 combined sales and streams, finishing 13,000 ahead of closest competitor, Justin Bieber's What Do You Mean?
Spectre is released in the UK on October 26, and in the US on November 6, 2015.
