It's not just James Bond who loves gadgets – Miss Moneypenny seems to share the same passion.
Actress Naomie Harris, who plays the character in Spectre, has been using a complex ‘Gyrotonic’ exercise device to maintain her figure.

But it was designed by Romanian ballet dancer Juliu Horvath to build muscle after chronic injuries and has since become popular with stars such as Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Naomie, 39, said: ‘I like running and swimming, but I also like Gyrotonics, which is a bit like a mixture of yoga and Pilates.’
And despite her stunning looks, she admits: ‘I get really nervous when I’m about to walk on to the red carpet because people are there to see you, and I feel very exposed.’
Spectre reunites Daniel Craig, 47, with director Sam Mendes, after 2012's Skyfall became the highest-grossing Bond film in history.

However, it may be their last 007 adventure together, with the film-maker saying Spectre is likely to be his last Bond film, while Craig has also dropped hints.
Harris, Ralph Fiennes and Rory Kinnear return for Spectre alongside newcomers to the franchise such as Andrew Scott and Bond girls Lea Seydoux, Monica Bellucci and Stephanie Sigman.
Spectre will be released on October 26, the same night of the royal world premiere in London.
